1. OVERVIEW AND CONTRACTING ENTITY

Welcome to Delavire. Delavire is an online trading brand operated by ZHUOCHUANG INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration Certificate No. 80495392-000-05-26-A, with registered address at RM NO.15, UNIT 603, 6TH FLOOR, SUNBEAM CENTRE, NO. 27 SHING YIP STREET, KWUN TONG, HONG KONG.

Throughout these Terms, “Delavire”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ZHUOCHUANG INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED. When you place an order, your contract is with ZHUOCHUANG INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, remote locations and incorrect delivery information may affect delivery. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

This does not transfer liability for our own negligence or misconduct where prohibited by law.

16. TERMINATION
